1.1. The 20% Deposit Bonus is a special promotion credit that is given to TradingPRO International Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") clients who have fulfilled these terms and conditions. This offer is valid only for new clients who are not residents of the countries listed in the Not Eligible Countries section.

1.2. By accepting the 20% Deposit Bonus, the client agrees to these terms and conditions as well as the Company's general terms and conditions of service.

1.3. The 20% Deposit Bonus is losable but non-tradable, meaning it cannot be directly used to open new trades if there is insufficient balance in the trading account. However, it can be used to sustain the margin requirements of open positions.

1.4. The 20% Deposit Bonus is a one-time promotion that provides a 20% Deposit Bonus and each client may receive the 20% Deposit Bonus only once.

1.5. The 20% Deposit Bonus is not available to the clients, who already took part in Deposit Bonus promotions earlier.

1.6. The minimum deposit to join 20% Deposit Bonus is USD 200 and the maximum deposit is USD 1000. The maximum profit withdrawal generated from the bonus-funded trading is limited to an amount equivalent to the client's original deposit, capped at a maximum of USD 1000.

1.7. Deposit Bonus is only for "ScalpX MT5 Account" in USD based currency with the maximum leverage of 1:500 fixed.

1.8. To receive Deposit Bonus, you must fulfil and follow the conditions below:

• 1.8.1. Fully pass the personal identifications and account verification also address verification
• 1.8.2. Mobile phone number verification.
• 1.8.3. Open ScalpX Account MT5 (20% Deposit Bonus) and deposit minimum USD200.

2.1. Bonus will be received by clients automatically when all requirements are fulfilled.

2.2. The Bonus will be credited instantly once the client open and deposit to the "ScalpX Account MT5 (20% Deposit Bonus)".

2.3. All eligible clients are permitted to hold only one (1) Deposit Bonus account per one Unique IP address and for one device. Multiple registrations from the same IP address and same device also multiple deposit bonus account registers with the same details are not permitted.

2.4. The bonus cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other accounts.

2.5. Any internal transfer of balance to another account will result in cancellation of the 20% Deposit Bonus.

2.6. Any indication or suspicion, in the Company's reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage, abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previous trading.

2.7. In these circumstances, the Company reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client's real trading Accounts with TradingPRO, cancel all orders and deny all profits of such participants.

2.8. Company shall not be liable for any consequences of the trading bonus cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

3.1. Once Stop Out takes place, a bonus is written off from the client's account.

3.2. Once clients make any amount of internal transfer or withdrawal, bonus will be written off from the client's trading account.

3.3. The 20% Deposit Bonus is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of received.

3.4. The bonus will be auto cancelled/removed after 30 calendar days without any notification even though the client have active position or not using the bonus.

3.5. The client has the right to reject the received Deposit Bonus at any moment.

3.6. Please note that TradingPRO International Limited reserves the right to, at any time and without any reason, refuse to grant the bonus or write off the previously issued 20% Deposit Bonus from the account, as well as revoke (cancel) all transactions that have been made with the use of the bonus funds. This condition is considered accepted (agreed with and accepted) by the client starting from the moment of depositing the "Deposit Bonus" to their trading account.
