Description
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to match candidates to the right roles.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
Source potential candidates through databases, job boards, and networking
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide candidate feedback
Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems
Extend job offers and support onboarding processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote employer branding
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Track attendance, leave, and staff claims
Handle general office admin tasks and SOP filing
Assist in payroll preparation and monthly reports
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter, in-house or at a recruitment agency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Ability to manage multiple openings and work under tight deadlines
Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices
